HHS XC 2023 2-Mile Course (Middle School)
HHS XC 2023 5K Course
Once trail work is done we will draft a course for the 2023 season knowing that we will again have access to the baseball field again in 2024. The combination of improved trail and fields will provide us with one of the best new 5K courses for a high school team in the area.
HHS XC 2022 2-Mile Trial Course
Location: Dresden playing fields in Norwich VT on Route 5 just past King Arthur Baking and Crossroads Farm Stand.
Start at the corner of the soccer field and run over to the baseball field to run its perimeter. Exit the outfield on the little trail and hug the treeline as you make your way to the softball field. A small hill near the fence and a quick right will get you onto the wooded loop that you will take until the T, where you will turn left. Follow the wooded trail and exit to the left above the softball field. Bear right and run down the grassy edge until the parking lot. Run the parking lot to the soccer field entrance and bang a sharp right to retrace the fields and course again.
The second time you run down the grassy edge toward the parking lot, you will make a small climb to the softball field instead and turn left to run its perimeter and finish at home plate.
